1980/81 TO 1999/2000

1980/81 saw the Rovers promoted to Division 3 where we stayed for 2 seasons before being relegated, however after only one season back in Division 4 in 1983/84 we bounced back at the first attempt. Four seasons in Division 3 followed before a huge decline in our fortunes as we spent a decade in the bottom tier of football only finishing above 10th on one occasion prior to our relegation to the Conference in 97/98.
